Cal State Northridge senior Kyle Nicolson has been named Big West Conference Men's Golfer of the Month for February. Nicolson, who won the GADO North Texas Classic in his only tournament, is the first Matador to earn Golfer of the Month honors this season.

Final Round 67 Sends Nicolson to GADO North Texas Classic Title; Matadors Take Second |

Senior Kyle Nicolson fired a final round five under-par 67 to win the GADO North Texas Classic individual title by two shots. Nicolson blistered the Flamingos G.C. course posting rounds of 69-71-67 to claim his first tournament title. As a team, Cal State Northridge finished a season-best second in the 14-team field.

Senior Kyle Nicolson opened with rounds of 69-71 on Sunday and is tied for first at -4, 140 after the opening two rounds of the GADO North Texas Classic at Flamingos G.C. As a team, Cal State Northridge is tied for third after posting a two-round 580.
